All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased through our store.

Exceptions:
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is incorrect (e.g., wrong style, size, or color) due to a fulfillment error on our part.

To qualify for a return or exchange in this case:

  • Contact us at endurebrandco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item received.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change-of-mind, or wear and tear.
